Job Summary

We are looking for a B.Com Graduate with strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, ERP, and Business Intelligence tools to join our academic team. The candidate should be capable of providing both theoretical and practical training in Indian and GCC accounting practices.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / Bachelor of Commerce – Mandatory.

Mandatory Technical Knowledge The candidate should have good practical knowledge of: Accounting & Taxation

- GST
- TDS
- Income Tax
- GCC VAT
- Basic Financial Accounting
- Financial Statements
- Payroll & Bank Reconciliation

Accounting Software & ERP

- Tally / Tally Prime
- SAP / SAP FICO
- QuickBooks
- Zoho Books

Business & Data Tools

- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Power BI

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accounting and taxation classes for students.
- Provide practical training in accounting software.
- Teach Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books.
- Train students in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and GCC VAT.
- Explain accounting concepts using practical business examples.
- Provide hands-on training in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Teach students the basics of Power BI and accounting-related data analysis.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and practical exercises.




- Conduct assessments and monitor student performance.
- Handle student doubts and provide individual academic support.
- Keep course content updated according to current accounting and taxation practices.
- Support students in developing industry-ready accounting skills.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation.
- Practical knowledge of Indian and GCC accounting/tax concepts.
- Working knowledge of multiple accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management and student-handling skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant teaching, training, or accounting industry experience preferred.
- Candidates with robust practical knowledge and good communication skills may also be considered.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be a B.Com graduate with strong practical knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, GCC VAT, Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Power BI, and MS Office, with the ability to train students and make them industry-ready. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
