Company Description Stellar Insolvency Professionals LLP is a specialist professional services firm with over 25 years of experience in insolvency, business recovery, corporate restructuring, and resolution processes. The firm provides skilled support across corporate and personal insolvency, liquidation, voluntary liquidation, pre-pack insolvency, and restructuring assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping using Tally/Tally Prime.
- Maintain financial records, ledgers, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Handle GST-related work, filings and compliance.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions and related compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliation and handle banking-related transactions.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and periodic reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external professionals, as required.




- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and banking-related accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
