Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, handle statutory compliances, and support management with accurate financial information.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP/accounting software.

Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.

Maintain cash book, bank book, ledger accounts, and vouchers.

Perform bank reconciliation and regular ledger reconciliation.

Handle GST-related accounting and documentation, including purchase/sales data and reconciliation.

Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.

Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

Follow up on outstanding customer payments and vendor balances.

Verify invoices, bills, supporting documents, and payment requests.

Prepare MIS reports, expense reports, receivable/payable statements, and other financial reports as required by management.





Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Assist auditors, consultants, and management during audits and financial reviews.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com/ CA Intern or equivalent qualification

More than 3 years of experience in accounting.

Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.

Experience in handling day-to-day accounts independently will be preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Preferred Experience

Experience in automobile dealership, showroom, trading, retail, or service-sector accounting will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
