Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and perform regular reconciliations.

- Handle GST-related accounting and documentation.

- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.

- Maintain inventory-related accounting records and coordinate with stores and purchase teams.

- Assist in bank reconciliation and other routine accounting activities.

- Prepare and maintain reports related to purchases, sales, expenses, outstanding payments, and receivables.

- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers regarding accounts-related matters.





- Assist the senior accounts team in monthly closing and other financial reporting activities.

Qualification & Experience:

- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.

- More than 1 year of experience in accounts, preferably in a food manufacturing company.

- Experience with GST, Tally/ERP, inventory accounting, and vendor reconciliation.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Robust attention to detail and documentation skills.

- Candidates with experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.
