Role Description The Accountant role at RGB Group Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing invoices, and reconciling bank statements.

Responsibilities include assisting with monthly and annual financial closing, preparing financial reports, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and supporting budgeting and cost tracking. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local tax regulations,



coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining accurate documentation for audits. The Accountant is expected to contribute to process improvements and provide timely financial insights to support business decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, bank reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in ZOHO BOOKS or accounting systems, MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables), and digital documentation practices.
- Candidates should possess analytical and financial reporting skills, including budget tracking, cost analysis, variance analysis, and the ability to interpret financial data for management.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational and communication skills, including attention to detail, time management, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred;
- Experience in using Zoho all applications.

Preferred to work in - INR240,000 INR/Yearly.
