We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, cash flow management, audits, and financial record maintenance. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting practices, taxation, regulatory compliance, and accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Management:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

Review and approve journal entries, invoices, and expense reports.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Monitor credit control and follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments.

Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting to support business decisions.

Financial Reporting Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Review financial data for accuracy and identify discrepancies or irregularities.

Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with applicable statutory regulations related to GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and other requirements.

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

Prepare and submit required regulatory documents and maintain proper compliance records.

Audit & Documentation Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors.





Provide required financial records, documents, and supporting information during audits.

Maintain proper documentation for accounting, taxation, and regulatory purposes.

Accounting Software & ERP Maintain financial transactions and records using ERP or accounting software such as Tally.

Ensure accounting data is accurately entered, updated, and properly maintained.

Support financial analysis and reporting through accounting systems.

Experience Job Requirements

Relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, taxation, financial reporting, or a similar role is preferred.

Practical knowledge of day-to-day accounting operations and statutory compliance.

Technical Knowledge Robust understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax compliance.

Experience With Tally Or Other ERP/accounting Software. Knowledge of financial statement preparation and finalization.

Understanding of cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
