The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

nHave to prepare financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have solid interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

nResponsibilities

n1. Accurately manage data entry tasks in Tally ERP and ZOHO system

n2. Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents (Quotation, PO, Invoices) for data entry.

n3. Record & update the Accounting Entries on timely manner

n4. Processing financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments

n5. Assists in preparing and maintaining financial reports, ledgers, and spreadsheets

n6. Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or





nother computer software.

n7. Enter financial transactions into internal databases.

n8. Reconciling bank statements and verifying the accuracy of financial data

n9. Maintain digital and physical financial, Stock records.

n10. Assist in preparation of tax documents

n11. Office Management

n12. Manage office supplies stock and place orders.

n13. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

n14. Answer queries by customers, suppliers, employees / staff

nQualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals

- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
