ACCOUNTANT

Jivan Jyoti Public School is looking for a responsible, skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and manage the school’s day-to-day accounting and financial records.

Key Responsibilities - Maintain accurate daily accounts and financial records - Manage student fees, expenses, purchases and payment records - Handle cash & bank reconciliation - Maintain bills, receipts and other financial documents - Track outstanding fees and expenses - Prepare clear and timely financial reports for management - Identify and report discrepancies or irregularities - Maintain systematic and up-to-date accounting records.

Skills and Qualities

We’re Looking For - Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping - Proficiency in Tally & MS Excel - Valuable numerical and analytical ability - Excellent attention to detail - Honest,



responsible and well-organized - Good communication and reporting skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally Experience in a school or educational institution will be preferred. Experience:
- Of experience in accounting and bookkeeping : 2 years (Required)
