Inside Solution is a growing company providing Security, CCTV Surveillance, Fire Alarm Systems, Electronic Alarm Systems, Access Control & Biometric Systems, Time Lock Systems, Installation, AMC and Maintenance Services.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain cash book, bank book and ledger accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare GST invoices and GST-related records.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and maintain receivable reports.
- Record vendor payments and maintain payable statements.
- Prepare monthly outstanding, collection and expense reports.
- Verify bills, expenses, purchase invoices and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, customers and suppliers.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and financial documents.
- Assist management in preparing financial reports and MIS.




- Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting work.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and basic accounting principles.
- Good understanding of accounts receivable and payable.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in GST, TDS, Tally Prime, bank reconciliation, customer payment follow-up and company accounting will be preferred.
