Job Role: We are looking for an experienced hands-on Accountant to independently manage day-to-day accounting and books of accounts for our group companies.
Key Responsibilities Maintain complete books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries Handle sales, purchase, payments, receipts and journal entries Manage inventory & stock accounting and reconciliation Handle bank, customer, vendor and ledger reconciliations Work on GST, TDS and other accounting compliances Prepare Trial Balance, P&L;, Balance Sheet schedules and support accounts finalization Maintain Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Prepare MIS and accounting reports for management Coordinate with CA / auditors for audit and statutory work Assist management with bank finance / working capital requirements Coordinate with banks,
prepare required financial information and visit banks when required Requirements 2–5 years of practical accounting experience Robust knowledge of books of accounts, GST, TDS and reconciliations Experience in inventory / stock accounting Good knowledge of account finalization and MS Excel Comfortable working on the company's own accounting software CA Inter preferred Manufacturing / electronics / trading industry experience preferred Exposure to bank loans, working capital, CC/OD, stock statements or finance documentation will be an advantage Company Profile Atigo Enterprises Ltd is a leading technology company dedicated to innovation within the technology space.
