? Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end monthly payroll processing and vendor coordination

- Payroll reconciliation, variance analysis, and compliance checks
n
- Administration of PF, leave encashment, medical advantages, and employee loan schemes
n
- Management of Professional Tax, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances
n
- Ensure adherence to SEBI Mutual Fund regulations related to employee compensation
n
- Coordination with auditors and management of payroll audits
n
- Preparation of payroll MIS, statutory reports, and employee benefit records
n
- Drive process improvements, automation, and stronger payroll controls
n

n? Experience

n

n
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in Payroll, Employee Benefits, and Statutory Compliance
n
- Sound knowledge of PF, PT, Income Tax, and payroll accounting
n
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
n
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and process improvement capabilities
n
