Job Overview

Nutech Leathers is seeking an Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations at our leather manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring tax compliance, overseeing factory payroll, Import & Export database and providing accurate financial reports to management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing accounting and a hands-on approach to financial management. (Preferably near Pallavaram Chromepet region)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, EPF, and ESIC.

- Monitor factory inventory valuation, job costing, and raw material accounting specific to the leather production process.

- Process factory payroll, oversee labour wages,



and manage vendor payments efficiently.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, profit and loss reports, and balance sheets.

- Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

- Any Degree , Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance is a plus

- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing, tannery, or factory environment.

- Expert proficiency in accounting software, specifically Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9, as well as Microsoft Excel.

- Thorough, up-to-date knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation laws.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
