Job Summary:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, and basic GST & TDS compliance activities while maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day company accounting activities, maintain books of accounts, and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
- Manage payroll, salary processing, and payslip generation.
- Record and track bills, payments, and company expenses.
- Generate, record, and maintain company invoices.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and account reports.
- Perform basic bank and account reconciliations.




- Assist in preparing and filing GST and TDS returns and maintain related statutory records.
- Follow up on pending payments, documents, and other requirements through calls, emails, and messages.

Requirements:

- B.Com/M.Com or any relevant degree with 6 months–1 year of accounting experience.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, invoices, and daily accounting.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
- Good MS Excel, communication, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
