About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, reconciliations, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally Prime, GST, TDS, banking, and general accounting, preferably in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting Operations
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, customer/vendor accounts, and bank accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
- GST &
- Statutory Compliance
- Assist in GST compliance, including invoice verification, input tax credit reconciliation, and return preparation.
- Handle TDS-related accounting and documentation.
- Maintain records required for statutory and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.
- Bank &
- Reconciliation
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Track outstanding receivables and payables.




- Coordinate with banks and internal teams for transaction-related issues.
- MIS &
- Reporting
- Prepare monthly accounting reports and basic MIS.
- Support management with financial data and analysis.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Audit &
- Documentation
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents and schedules.
- Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Ensure systematic filing and maintenance of financial records.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, reconciliation, and general accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Manufacturing/FMCG experience will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in Accounts &
- Finance preferred.
