Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive Fresher to join our Accounts & Finance team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the team in ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records and entries.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Support accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.
- Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment-related requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.




- Assist senior accountants during month-end and year-end closing.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Basic knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Education: B.Com / M.Com / relevant accounting qualification preferred.
