Position: Account Executive

Location: Santacruz - Mumbai

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities:

- Process purchase bills (RCM & Non-RCM) and ensure GST compliance.
- Handle import purchase bill entries and documentation.
- Create new vendor codes and maintain GST & TDS setup in ERP.
- Prepare debit notes and process stock return entries.
- Record daily cash transactions and bank entries.
- Process self, bearer, and F&F; cheque entries.
- Pass journal voucher (JV) and adjustment entries.
- Record bank charges and GST accounting entries.
- Generate and monitor vendor outstanding reports.
- Perform vendor and ledger reconciliation.
- Process vendor payments and utility payments, including electricity bills.




- Prepare and share vendor payment advices.
- Scan and maintain bills with supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.

Required Qualification:- Any - Graduation

Salary :- Upto 4.00 LPA
