Roll Definition

Accounts and Inventory Executive is the one who is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely account entries and maintaining all inventories of raw material and finished goods.

Responsibility Deliverable

- Accurate and timely accounting entries

- Inventory record keeping and management

- Issuing Purchase orders &
- Sales Orders

- Developing your arsenal to get to next level

Tasks And Activities

- Accurate and timely accounting entries

- All Accounting entries: Purchase, Receipt Payment, Payment, IOU, Cash, Sales Bill, Journal Entry, EPF Entry, ESI Entry, Salary Entry

- Reconciliation of accounts: B R S, Debtors, Creditors, Bank Statement

- MIS: Fund Flow, Production Sheet, Prod Sheet Report, Cheque Book Report, Challan Book Report, Stock Statement

- Compliances: E Way Bill, HSN Summary, T.D.S,



Salary Register

- Bill payments: Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Telephone Bills etc.

- Co-ordinations: PO Approvals, Vendor follow-ups,

- Book keeping: Purchase Register, Sales Register
