ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry, invoice and voucher preparation, expense recording, and bank reconciliation. The role involves maintaining accurate ledgers, coordinating with debtors and receivables, and supporting audits and month-end closing.

PRIMARY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintaining books of accounts and data entry.
- Preparing invoices,



vouchers and recording of expense
- Bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
- Mailing to Debtors and Receivables.
- Supporting the team During audits and month-end closing.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Basic accounting knowledge
- 3-4 Years of experience
- MS Excel proficiency
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred)
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
