Job Title: Accounts Executive

Overview: We are looking for Accounts Executive who will be responsible for for managing day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the organization. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, and supporting statutory compliance and reporting activities.

Accounts Executive Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoices, customer invoices, payments, and collections.
- Prepare and maintain bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank transactions.
- Process employee reimbursements, advances, and expense claims as per company policy.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, including salary inputs, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related records and coordinate with consultants for timely filings.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, MIS, profit & loss statements, and balance sheet schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for invoices, bills, vouchers, purchase orders, and payment approvals.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and internal teams regarding accounting and payment-related matters.
- Track outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely settlements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist during internal and statutory audits by providing required documents and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with the company's accounting policies, financial controls, and approval processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee-related information.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the Finance Manager / Accounts Head.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in accounting/finance operations.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
