Core Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping &
- Transaction Processing:

- Record daily journal entries, sales/purchase registers, cash books, and bank transactions.

- Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and customer ledger matching.

- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), tracking aging reports and reconciling invoices.

- Taxation &

- Statutory Compliance:

- Draft and calculate monthly GST liabilities, reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase books, and prepare GST return filings (GSTR-1 &

- GSTR-3B).

- Compute and reconcile Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) / Tax Collected at Source (TCS) on vendor payments and file quarterly TDS returns.

- Assist in final drafting of Income Tax Return (ITR) data for individuals, firms, and corporate clients.

- Financial Reporting &

- Closing:

- Conduct month-end and year-end closing entries,



including depreciation schedules, accruals, and prepayments.

- Prepare Trial Balances, Profit &

- Loss Accounts, and Balance Sheets in line with standard accounting principles.

- Compile documentation and balance schedules for statutory and internal audits.

- Payroll &

- Client Management:

- Process monthly payroll data, including Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) deductions.

- Act as the direct point of contact for clients to request missing vouchers, statements, and supporting documents.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
