About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including AP, AR, Treasury, vendor payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, AP & AR.
- Process vendor invoices and payments with required approvals.
- Prepare and process customer invoices and track receivables.
- Support Treasury and banking operations,



including bank reconciliations.
- Maintain GL, journal entries, ledgers, accruals, and provisions.
- Prepare MIS reports and finance trackers.
- Support month-end closing, audits, GST & TDS activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve finance-related queries.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to finance processes and controls.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Hands-on experience in AP, AR, Treasury, invoicing, vendor payments & MIS.
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, GL and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or Zoho Books.
- Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Basic knowledge of GST & TDS.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable ownership, communication, follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
