Role Description The Account Executive role is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the Account Executive manages client relationships, supports account growth, and ensures timely delivery of services and solutions. Typical responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, preparing proposals, maintaining accurate account documentation, and monitoring client satisfaction.

The Account

Executive also assists in identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, and providing regular reports on account performance and revenue. This position requires strong communication, organization,



and follow-through to support both clients and internal stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts, including relationship building, issue resolution, and service coordination.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including proficiency with MS Office tools and CRM or similar platforms.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating on-site in Pune Division and remotely when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in account management, sales support, or customer service in the consumer services or related industry is an advantage.
- Adaptability, integrity, and a focus on delivering high-quality, inclusive, and non-discriminatory service to all clients.
