Role Description This is a full time, on-site Account Executive role based in Ahmedabad.

The Account

Executive will manage client relationships, coordinate project-related communication, and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, proposals, and contract documentation. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of client accounts, preparing reports, supporting billing and payment tracking, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations. The role also involves assisting in tender and bid preparation, monitoring project milestones from a client perspective,



and addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.

The Account

Executive will work closely with senior management to support business growth and maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in account coordination, documentation management, and basic financial tracking related to billing and payments.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in handling multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with project, finance, and management teams to support smooth execution of work.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email) and maintaining digital records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field; prior experience in construction or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
- Knowledge of tender processes, contracts, and basic commercial terms is beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and engage with clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
