The Role

We are looking for a relentless, high-energy Inside Sales & Admissions Specialist who thrives on a target-driven workplace. This is not a passive counseling role; this is a fast-paced sales position with target based from Day 1. Your primary mission is to convert inbound leads, handle walk-in inquiries, consult with aspiring artists/parents, and close admissions to hit our monthly batch targets.

What You’ll Do

- Drive Conversions: Actively call high-intent inbound leads (generated from our social media and ad campaigns) to pitch our premium film and media courses.
- Consultative Closing: Guide aspiring students and their parents through the curriculum, handle objections smoothly, and create a sense of urgency to lock in admissions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean, daily follow-up pipeline. Move leads aggressively through the funnel from initial contact to fee payment.
- Hit Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly admission quotas set by the academy.
- Walk-In Management: Host prospective students at our academy campus,



giving them a compelling tour that builds value and drives immediate on-the-spot enrollment.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

- The Closer Mindset: Proven track record in EdTech sales, course admissions, insurance, or premium inside sales where you consistently hit targets.
- Communication Powerhouse: Flawless negotiation and persuasive communication skills in Tamil and English . You must know how to connect with young creatives as well as convince traditional parents.
- Objection Handling: Ability to confidently handle price resistance, timing objections, and career anxieties to close the sale.
- Resilience: A thick skin and a positive attitude. You treat a "No" as just a stepping stone to a "Yes."
- Media Savvy (Plus): A general interest in cinema, media, or television is a massive advantage, as it helps you speak the students' language effortlessly.
