Academic Counsellor

Role & Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals on suitable courses and career options.

- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into admissions.

- Understand student requirements and recommend relevant programs.

- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

- Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM.

- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth enrolment and onboarding.

- Build strong relationships with students throughout the counselling process.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 6 months–5 years of experience in EdTech/Sales/Counselling.

- Prior experience as an Academic Counsellor, Education Counsellor, Admission Counsellor,



or Inside Sales Executive preferred.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.

- Good knowledge of CRM and MS Office.

- Ability to handle objections and close leads effectively.

- Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
