Position: Admission Counselor

Gender: Male, Female both can apply

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Admission Counselor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals and aspirations.
- Provide detailed information about our academic programs, admission requirements, and campus facilities.
- Guide applicants through the admission process, assisting with application forms, document submission, and deadlines.
- Conduct informational sessions and campus tours for prospective students and their families.
- Collaborate with academic departments to stay updated on program offerings and admission criteria.
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, both on and off-campus.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant information and admission statuses.




- Address inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in admission policies.
- Collaborate with other admission counselors and staff to streamline processes and enhance the overall admission experience.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification. (Any Graduate)
- 1-year minimum experience in the similar industry
