We are hiring an enthusiastic and target-oriented Academic Counselor – Online UG/PG to join our team in Gurgaon (Sector 65).

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their educational and career goals, and guiding them toward suitable Online Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable Online UG/PG programs.
- Explain program details, eligibility, admission process and other relevant information.
- Handle student queries and resolve objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Achieve individual admission and sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.





Candidate Requirements:

- 6 months – 2 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Education Sales, EdTech, Inside Sales, Tele-sales or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Graduate candidates preferred.

Work Details:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: Half Day – 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Sunday: Fixed Weekly Off

5.5 Days Working
