Academic Counsellor – English &

- Tamil Voice Process

- Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries professionally.

- Guide students through the complete admission and application process.

- Assist with documentation, applications, and eligibility requirements.

- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.

- Provide information about courses, universities, scholarships, and career opportunities.

- Maintain student records and update CRM/database regularly.

- Achieve admission targets and contribute to team success.

Requirements

- Freshers &
- Experienced candidates can apply.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.

- Fluency in English &

- Tamil preferred.

- Strong counselling, convincing, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

- Comfortable with inbound and outbound calling.

- Work Schedule: Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

- Saturday half day
- Sunday fixed weekly off.
