ACADEMIC COORDINATOR (VICE PRINCIPAL)

- Coordinate and monitor the overall academic activities of the school.

- Supervise lesson planning, teaching methodologies, assessments, and academic schedules.

- Monitor teachers’ performance and provide guidance for effective classroom teaching.

- Ensure proper implementation of the CBSE curriculum and academic policies.

- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.

- Coordinate examinations, assessments, result analysis, and academic reports.

- Monitor students’ academic progress and implement improvement strategies.

- Coordinate with teachers, students, and parents regarding academic matters.

- Organize academic meetings, workshops, training sessions, and PTMs.

- Support the Principal in school administration, discipline, and day-to-day academic operations.





- Maintain academic records and ensure timely completion of all academic responsibilities.

- We are looking to hire someone who have experience to handle the Teacher and Parents. Also can take care of School paper work. Someone who can take classes.
