We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and academically robust Academic Coordinator / Vice Principal to support the Principal in the overall academic and administrative functioning of the school. The candidate will provide academic leadership, coordinate teaching and learning activities, monitor teacher performance, and ensure the effective implementation of the school curriculum and academic policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Principal in the day-to-day academic and administrative management of the school.

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the academic calendar, curriculum, and teaching schedules.

- Supervise lesson planning, classroom teaching, assessments, examinations, and academic activities.

- Monitor teacher performance through classroom observations and regular academic reviews.





- Guide teachers in improving teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.

- Coordinate examinations, assessments, result preparation, and academic reporting.

- Monitor student attendance, discipline, academic performance, and overall development.

- Organize teacher meetings, training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.

- Coordinate with department heads, teachers, students, and parents to resolve academic concerns.

- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and effective implementation of the prescribed curriculum.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
