Role Description The Academic Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves advising prospective learners on suitable programs, understanding their career goals, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

The Academic

Consultant will conduct consultations via in-person meetings, calls, and virtual sessions, explain curriculum and learning outcomes, and address queries related to program structure, fees, and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, collaborating with academic and sales teams, following up with leads,



and supporting learners through the initial stages of their learning journey. The role also involves providing feedback to internal stakeholders on learner needs and contributing to continuous improvement of counseling processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with diverse learners and stakeholders.
- Background or interest in Education, with the ability to understand academic programs and learning outcomes.
- Consulting and Coaching skills to assess learner needs, provide guidance, and support informed decision-making.
- Sales skills to manage leads, convert inquiries into enrollments, and meet defined targets ethically and transparently.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, demonstrate empathy, and maintain a learner-centric approach.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple consultations and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and online communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; experience in academic counseling, education services, or edtech is an advantage.
