This Role Lives Inside Our Marketing Team

This role sits at the intersection of design, brand, and go-to-market execution. You'll work closely with sales, design, and leadership to bring unbuilt and in-progress spaces to life visually — so every pitch, listing, and campaign shows Acquir at its best.

What is this role about?

This role is for someone who enjoys turning floor plans and concepts into visuals people can actually picture themselves in. You'll get genuine ownership from day one, working on real spaces that go straight into sales pitches, marketing campaigns, and launches.

You will

- Create 3D renders and walkthroughs of upcoming and existing office spaces
- Translate floor plans, mood boards, and design briefs into polished visuals
- Support go-to-market execution for new spaces with render-ready visuals
- Coordinate with design and sales teams to ensure renders reflect the real product accurately
- Help bring visual consistency to how Acquir spaces are presented everywhere

What will you do?
1. 3D Rendering & Visualization: Create high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and mockups of office spaces from floor plans and design inputs.

2. Go-to-Market Support: Produce visuals for new space launches,



coordinating timelines with sales and design teams.

3. Design Collaboration : Work closely with the design team to ensure renders are accurate to material, layout, and finish specifications.

4. Marketing Asset Creation : Adapt renders into marketing-ready assets for social media, collateral, and campaigns.

5. Quality Control : Review renders for accuracy and consistency, flagging discrepancies against actual design specs.

Who we’re looking for
- 0–2 years of experience in 3D visualization, architectural rendering, or a related field
- Proficiency in 3D visualization tools (e.g. SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar)
- An eye for spatial design, lighting, and material realism
- Detail-oriented, with strong ownership and follow-through
- Comfortable coordinating with design and marketing teams
- A genuine interest in spaces, design, and how businesses experience them
