Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily, monthly and periodic processing as per business requirement

- Strong R2R knowledge
- Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Close process, GL Accounting, Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of Investment accounting like Capital contribution, Dividends, Bonus, securities, Assets accounting etc. is required
- Review of critical journal entries, reconciliations and month/quarter end activities before onshore sign off
- Consult with onshore BU Controllers,



Up steam & Downstream teams during close to ensure timely completion of deliverables and escalation of issues
- Team management skills -Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance
- Client management
- Handle escalations /queries.

Drive Governance

Meetings, Understand & anticipate clients’ business needs, concerns & issues, and be able to proactively resolve the same

- Partner with onshore team to support internal/ external audits
- Legal & compliance
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Act as a point of escalation for any operational issue
- Conduct Periodic Performance Assessments of team members
