Position: Architect – AutoCAD 2D
Location: Bangalore – BTM 2nd Stage

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with solid expertise in AutoCAD 2D drawings to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural and working drawings for luxury villas, farmhouses, and premium residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 2D architectural and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings based on project requirements.
- Prepare drawings for doors, windows, staircases, kitchens, toilets, and other architectural elements.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, and site teams.
- Modify and revise drawings based on project and site requirements.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, properly dimensioned, and execution-ready.
- Conduct site visits when required and coordinate drawings with actual site conditions.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD 2D – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of architectural and working drawings.
- Excellent understanding of plans, elevations, sections, dimensions, and construction details.
- Ability to interpret architectural concepts and convert them into detailed technical drawings.
- 3D/SketchUp knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Educational Qualification Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:
- B.Arch – Bachelor of Architecture
- M.Arch – Master of Architecture
- Diploma in Architecture
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Architecture and AutoCAD 2D.
- Experience in Luxury Villas, Farmhouses, Premium Residences,
or Residential Projects will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Interview Process All interview and assessment rounds will be conducted Face-to-Face at our Bangalore office.
Round 1 – Face-to-Face Interview
Initial interaction and discussion regarding the candidate's experience, projects, responsibilities, and suitability for the role.
Round 2 – Technical Assignment: AutoCAD 2D
Candidates will be given a practical AutoCAD 2D drawing assignment to evaluate technical drawing skills, accuracy, detailing, dimensions, and understanding of architectural drawings.
Round 3 – 3D Round
Assessment of the candidate's 3D modelling/design skills, including relevant architectural visualization or SketchUp knowledge.
Round 4 – Review & Discussion
Technical review and discussion of the completed assignments, previous projects, design approach, and overall capabilities.
Round 5 – HR Head Discussion
Final discussion with the HR Head regarding the candidate's profile, role, expectations, compensation, joining availability, and other employment-related details.
All rounds will be conducted at our office – BTM 2nd Stage, Bangalore.
