We are seeking Fresher 10th/12th Pass candidates for the position of Office Staff to join our agile team.
Answering Calls and Emails: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, responding to queries or directing them to the relevant department or person.
Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing information regarding products, services, or policies.
Data Entry for Sales Records: Enter and maintain sales information, customer records, and feedback into CRM systems or databases.
Documentation: Assist in organizing, filing, and updating company documents, reports, or records both digitally and physically.
