Purpose/About the Role (Role Summary)
We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy professional to support our transition from manual data handling to AI-powered workflows. The ideal candidate should be passionate about data analytics, automation, AI technologies, and modern application development.
This role focuses on improving operational efficiency through data-driven insights, workflow automation, AI integration, and development of scalable digital solutions using modern tools and technologies.

Primary Responsibilities

Full Stack Development
Develop and maintain internal web applications, dashboards, and automation portals.
Work on frontend and backend technologies for enterprise applications.
Build responsive user interfaces and integrate them with APIs and databases.
Support deployment, testing, maintenance, and performance optimization of applications.

Data Analytics




Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.
Support management with data-backed decision-making and performance tracking.

AI Integration & Automation
Research, experiment, and implement AI solutions including Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI automation tools.
Develop AI-assisted workflows to solve internal operational and technical challenges.
Automate repetitive business and reporting tasks using Python or low-code/no-code platforms.
Integrate APIs and AI services such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.

Research & Innovation
Explore and evaluate new software tools, AI plugins, and productivity platforms.
Stay updated with the latest AI, analytics, automation, and software development trends.
Recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Educational Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology,



Data Analytics, AI, Software Engineering, or related fields .
Must have 3+ years of experience in Full stack development, web application development, etc

Technical Skills
Robust knowledge of Python, SQL, and database management.
Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and analytics.
Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.

Full Stack Development Skills
Frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular or similar frameworks.
Backend technologies: Node.js, Django, Flask, FastAPI, .NET or equivalent frameworks.
Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB.
Understanding of application deployment, cloud environments, and version control systems.

AI & Automation Knowledge
Understanding of Generative AI concepts and LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI automation frameworks, and AI integrations.
Knowledge of Power Platform or automation tools will be an added advantage.
