Solutions Engineer / Technical Account Manager – Infrastructure Security

I’m working with a venture-backed cybersecurity SaaS startup that is growing its customer-facing technical team in Mumbai.

They’re looking for someone who sits between DevOps, infrastructure security and customer-facing engineering. Someone technical enough to troubleshoot production issues, but also comfortable working directly with enterprise customers.

This is not a traditional Customer Success role . You’ll be hands-on with deployments, infrastructure and security challenges, working closely with DevOps, SRE and Engineering teams.

What you’ll be doing:
Own technical relationships across pre-sales and post-sales
Lead deployments across cloud, Kubernetes, databases and VMs
Work hands-on in customer production environments
Troubleshoot IAM, networking, secrets and access workflows
Help customers improve security, compliance and platform adoption




Run technical reviews with Engineering and Security stakeholders
Feed customer insights back into Product and Engineering
Support expansion opportunities within existing accounts

What they’re looking for:
4+ years of experience
Proof of strong hands-on DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure background
Proof of good experience with Kubernetes and containers
Proof of exposure to AWS, Azure and/or GCP
Experience with databases such as Postgres, MySQL or MongoDB
Strong understanding of infrastructure security
Confidence debugging real production issues
Previous customer-facing experience
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

Mumbai – onsite
30–40 LPA
Could be a excellent fit for someone coming from DevOps or SRE who enjoys the technical side, but also wants more ownership and direct customer interaction.
