Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Solution Architect with 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Data & AI technologies to drive pre-sales engagements, solution consulting, and technical sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Data & AI services, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and AI solutions, with the ability to design enterprise-grade architectures, lead customer workshops, and support strategic sales opportunities.
This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Microsoft stakeholders to develop compelling solutions that address customer business challenges while accelerating digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales and Account teams to understand customer business objectives, technical requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.
Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and solution assessments with enterprise customers.
Design scalable and secure Microsoft Data & AI architectures using Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Provide technical leadership throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to proposal submission.
Recommend best practices for data modernization, analytics, AI adoption, and cloud migration.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with comprehensive solution documentation.




Work closely with Microsoft field teams and partners on joint customer opportunities.
Stay current with Microsoft's Data & AI roadmap, new product releases, and industry trends.
Mentor junior pre-sales engineers and contribute to reusable solution assets, demos, and accelerators.
Support business development initiatives through webinars, customer events, and technical enablement sessions.

Preferred Experience
5–8 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data & AI technologies.

Experience delivering enterprise architecture discussions and customer workshops.
Experience working with Microsoft account teams, partners, or system integrators.
Exposure to large-scale cloud migration, analytics modernization, or AI implementation projects.
Knowledge of competitive cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is an added advantage.
