About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and help build a next-generation, cloud-native Environmental & Compliance Management Platform using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric .
You will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using up-to-date Full Stack technologies, Microservices Architecture, Azure, and Fabric. You will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, and AI Engineers to deliver secure, high-performance business applications.
The role will also contribute to AI-powered capabilities including Intelligent Search, AI Agents, Document Intelligence, automated reporting, compliance monitoring, and workflow automation.
We are actively adopting AI-native software engineering practices , including AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platforms.
This position is based in India and can be performed from our Noida or Hyderabad office .
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable Full Stack applications using React, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Microservices .
Build responsive, intuitive enterprise web applications.
Develop reusable backend services using Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, design patterns, and modern engineering practices .
Build secure REST APIs, asynchronous services, and event-driven integrations.
Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
Work with Microsoft Fabric , including Fabric SQL endpoints, querying Fabric data, and integrating applications/APIs with Fabric-based data platforms.
Integrate applications with external systems, third-party APIs, regulatory platforms, and internal services.
Collaborate with AI Engineers to integrate AI Agents, Intelligent Search, Document Intelligence, automated reporting, and AI-enabled workflow automation.
Implement enterprise authentication, authorization, encryption, auditing, and secure development practices.
Participate in architecture, technical design, sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and mentoring.
Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor production environments, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and improve reliability and observability.
Use AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate design, development, testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.
AI-Assisted Software Engineering
Candidates should be comfortable using modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent tools throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
You should be able to:
Translate requirements into technical specifications, architecture designs, implementation plans, and production-ready software.
Use AI tools to accelerate code generation, testing, debugging, documentation, code reviews, and refactoring.
Use AI for troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance optimization, modernization, and technical-debt reduction.
Review, validate, test, and secure AI-generated code before production deployment.
Apply appropriate human oversight and engineering judgment when using AI-generated solutions.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
10+ years of skilled Full Stack development experience , including .NET, React, Azure, and Microservices.
Strong experience building scalable, secure, cloud-native enterprise applications on Microsoft Azure.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, distributed systems, asynchronous messaging, relational databases, and modern engineering practices.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Fabric SQL endpoints is required.
Experience integrating enterprise applications with cloud-based data platforms.
Strong collaboration and communication skills in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools, coding agents, or AI-native development practices is highly desirable.
Experience in environmental services, compliance, healthcare, finance, legal, or another regulated industry is preferred.
Experience with document processing, PDF extraction, OCR, or structured data extraction is a plus.
