Job Summary
We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI solutions from the ground up. This is a hands-on role with high ownership across AI engineering, backend development, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
Own solutions end-to-end, from architecture to production
Build AI agents, RAG pipelines, backend services & enterprise integrations
Design scalable, reliable AI systems
Work closely with customers and engineering teams
Drive AI evaluations, performance optimization & production troubleshooting
Influence product and engineering decisions

Requirements:




5–9 years of software engineering experience
Strong Python & backend development skills
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents & Agentic Workflows
Experience with LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Google ADK or similar
Strong understanding of distributed systems & system architecture
Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
Experience with Kafka, SQS or similar messaging systems

Valuable to Have:
Production experience with AI Agents / Voice AI
Startup or founding engineering experience
Experience with enterprise, BFSI, Healthcare or Government deployments
