Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our Marketing Technology team.
In this role, you will design, develop, and support customer engagement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related MarTech platforms. You will work closely with consultants, strategists, project managers, and technical leaders to deliver enterprise-grade marketing automation, customer journeys, integrations, and campaign solutions for global clients.
This position offers exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, personalization technologies, customer journey orchestration, and enterprise integrations across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities




Develop and maintain solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Build and support customer journeys, automations, email campaigns, and audience segmentation strategies.
Develop scalable solutions using AMPScript, SQL, SSJS, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
Design and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Troubleshoot and optimize automation, journey, and data-related processes.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Support deployment activities across multiple business units and environments.
Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and delivery standards.
Participate in solution reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience
3–5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience.
Experience supporting enterprise marketing automation and customer engagement programs.
Exposure to multi-system integrations and enterprise delivery environments.
Strong understanding of digital marketing operations and campaign execution.
