Job Title: AI Developer – Generative AI / LLM Location: Noida-125 Experience: 4–5 Years About Adfluence Hub Adfluence Hub is building the AI layer for the creator economy — a tech-enabled influencer marketing and creator ecosystem platform powering how brands discover, evaluate, and collaborate with creators at scale. We're a quick-growing SaaS company turning messy, unstructured creator and campaign data into real intelligence. We're hiring an AI Developer who wants to build production GenAI systems, not just experiment with them — someone excited to ship LLM-powered features that directly shape how brands find creators and measure campaign impact. What You'll Work On Design and develop agentic AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar. Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems capable of planning, tool use, memory management, and task delegation. Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, open-source models) into production applications via APIs and SDKs. Develop and optimize prompts, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and vector database integrations (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, etc.). Implement guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring for agent reliability, safety, and performance. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into agentic workflows. Write clean, scalable, well-documented code and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for AI systems. Stay current with the fast-evolving agentic AI and LLM ecosystem,



and evaluate new tools/frameworks. Build AI systems for: Influencer recommendations Audience insights Sentiment analysis Campaign intelligence What You Bring Strong Python skills, with a solid foundation in ML and deep learning Hands-on experience building with LLMs/GenAI — not just API calls, but real implementation: RAG pipelines, prompt design, fine-tuning, embedding models Practical experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar). Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or open-source models via Hugging Face).
