Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage the full implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration,

testing, and deployment.

● Conduct client workshops to understand business processes and map them to product

n

capabilities.

n

- Configure product modules and workflows to align with customer requirements.

- Manage and validate data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
n
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams during UAT and post go-live.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success) for

issue resolution.

n

● Track project progress, communicate status updates, and manage risks to ensure timely

n

delivery.

n

● Document implementation best practices, templates, and client-specific configurations

n

for reusability.

n

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring

a seamless handover to the support team.

Required Qualifications:

n

Educational

n

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related

n

field.

n

● Certifications in project management (Agile/Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) or SaaS tools

n

preferred.

Professional

n

n
- 2–4 years of experience in product implementation, solution delivery, or consulting.
n
- Robust knowledge of SaaS/HRMS/Enterprise software workflows.
n
- Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and UAT management.
n
- Proficiency in MS Excel/SQL for data handling and analysis.
n
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
