About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team.

You’ll work closely with writers and designers to bring ideas to life through engaging video content. From social media reels and brand campaigns to storytelling-led content, you’ll play a key role in shaping how brands communicate visually.

This role is for someone who enjoys editing, but also understands pacing, storytelling, visual language, and what makes people stop scrolling.

What You’ll Do

Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and digital platforms

Create engaging reels, ads, campaign videos, and brand content across multiple brands

Work with the creative team to translate concepts and scripts into compelling visual stories

Add music, sound design, motion graphics, text, transitions, and other elements to enhance the edit

Assist with shoots when required, including helping with basic production, shot planning, framing, and capturing supplementary footage

Understand and work with raw footage from different cameras and shooting setups

Organise and manage project files and footage efficiently

Stay updated with editing trends, formats, transitions,



and platform-specific content styles

Collaborate with the team to refine edits based on feedback and make the final output stronger

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in video editing

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects or equivalent editing software

Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, composition, and visual communication

Ability to edit for formats including Instagram Reels, YouTube, and digital ads A good eye for detail, design, aesthetics, and visual consistency

Basic understanding of shooting and camera equipment is a plus

Someone who is proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
