About the Role

Veridic Solutions is looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with experience working with Implementation Partners. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for W2 and C2C requirements across a wide range of IT technologies while delivering quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for W2 and C2C requirements.
- Work extensively with Implementation Partners such as Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Accenture, and others.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Utilize job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, JobDiva, and other sourcing platforms.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Ensure timely submissions while maintaining quality and compliance.




- Build long-term relationships with candidates and implementation partners.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of US IT Recruitment experience.
- Proven experience working with Implementation Partners.
- Strong understanding of W2 and C2C hiring models.
- Experience recruiting for various IT technologies and skill sets.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with ATS tools such as JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
- Knowledge of the US IT staffing market and recruitment lifecycle.
