About the Role

This is a hands-on contract role bridging strategic research and execution. You will track emerging technology trends and build operational efficiencies using modern no-code automation platforms and AI agents.

Because the engagement is client-facing and US-anchored, you will work an evening schedule in India that overlaps with the US Eastern morning. This is not occasional. It is the standard working pattern for the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Tech Trend Scouting: Research, evaluate, and present insights on emerging technology trends, tools, and GenAI advancements that can improve business performance.

- Workflow Design & Mapping: Analyze existing operational bottlenecks to map "As-Is" vs. "To-Be" business processes.

- No-Code Development: Build, test, and deploy automated workflows, internal tools, and integrations using platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate.





- AI Agent Deployment: Configure and connect AI agents, custom GPTs, and LLM APIs into daily workflows to multiply team productivity.

- Monitoring & Optimization: Track the performance of deployed automations, troubleshooting API connections or logic breaks as they arise.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) from a reputed institution.

- Experience: 2 to 4 years as a Business Analyst, Digital Transformation Specialist, or No-Code Developer.

- Automation Stack: Proven hands-on experience building multi-step logic workflows using Make.com, Zapier, Retool, or Power Automate.

- AI Literacy: Solid understanding of prompt engineering and practical experience integrating AI models into business workflows.

- Core BA Competencies: Process mapping, requirement gathering, and translating business needs into technical workflows.

- Comfort with Ambiguity: Requests here arrive unstructured. You will need to take a loosely defined business problem, ask the right questions, define the scope yourself, and come back with a structured approach. There is no analyst layer above you doing that first.

- Familiarity with regulated or complex environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare, or other compliance-heavy sectors) is an advantage.

Engagement Terms

- Full-time contract engagement, 6 months initially, with extension to 12 months based on performance and client demand
- Competitive contract rate based on demonstrated technical depth
- Remote, with autonomy over how you work outside the required overlap
- Working Hours: Must overlap with US Eastern morning hours, approximately 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
