Job Purpose/ Summary To support the department / team in various strategic and digitial initiatives - including MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, Presentation Creation, Strategic Planning

The Senior Officer in the Human Resource department will play a pivotal role in supporting the Contract Labour Management (CLM. and HR initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with a robust background in HRIS, compensation and benefits, and labor law compliance. The role involves overseeing and managing contract labor processes to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to legal requirements.

The Senior

Officer will also support various strategic and digital initiatives, including Management Information Systems (MIS. reporting, data analysis, and presentation creation. This role demands a professional with a global mindset and excellent people management skills to facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong business and commercial acumen, coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive departmental goals. Additionally, the role requires the ability to manage conflicts, make informed decisions,



and liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibility

Oversee and manage the contract labor processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with legal and statutory requirementsbr Support strategic and digital initiatives by contributing to Management Information Systems MIS reporting and conducting thorough data analysisbr Create compelling presentations and assist in strategic planning to align with and support departmental goalsbr Ensure the stability and compliance of endtoend Contract Labour Management CLM processes with all relevant legal and statutory requirementsbr Facilitate conflict management and decisionmaking processes within the team to maintain a harmonious and productive work environmentbr Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across all levels of the organization
