Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Store

Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including staff supervision, sales performance monitoring, and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. The role involves driving customer satisfaction through excellent service, managing visual merchandising and inventory levels, and implementing retail loss prevention practices.

and performance feedback for store team members, while maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging shopping environment. The position also includes analyzing sales reports, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with regional management to meet and exceed store targets.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Effective Communication abilities for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
- Proficiency in Store Management, covering daily operations, staff supervision, and sales tracking.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and minimize shrinkage.
- Previous experience in fashion or retail store management is highly preferred.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Comfort with using POS systems, basic MS Office tools, and interpreting sales and inventory data.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail management, business, or a related field.
- Availability to work adaptable retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
