Key Responsibilities

- Explain available courses, services, processes, and opportunities in a clear and professional manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and customers.
- Follow up with prospective students/customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of student/customer requirements.
- Participate in counselling, sales, business development, marketing, or customer engagement activities as required.
- Learn about international education, study-abroad destinations,



admission processes, and related services.
- Achieve assigned performance objectives after completing the required training.
- Continuously improve communication, presentation, sales, counselling, and professional skills.
