Scope of Operations: 4W / 3W / 2W Fleet

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 4–5 years in 3PL operations, specifically within Last Mile delivery.
- Fleet Management: Deep familiarity with 4W, 3W, and 2W fleet operations and strong existing networks with local vendor/fleet owners.
- P&L; & Supply Ownership: Proven ability to build consistent city supply while keeping operational P&L; profitable and result-driven.
- Team Leadership: Hands-on experience in recruiting, training, and managing daily field and operational teams.
- Market Acumen: Strong local geographical knowledge and clear communication skills.
